LOL that's a menu item for our deer, and their restaurant is the orchard of apple trees behind the house in the back field. Great image, I like how the light is gently brushing the side of the apple. It certianly makes it feel like dawn.
Thanks Shaun. I shot 175 images Sunday morning, a lovely misty sunrise, and the vast majority are out of focus - lots of great images if I'd spent a bit more time, but rushing to take advantage of the light. But fun.
I really like it too. David, you have a good eye; I'm always impressed by the fresh way in which you see things. Most of our apples have disappeared to the bears, deer and squirrels.
Hi David. I should have lots of time next week as it looks as if we will be on strike. (What fun). We're off in about an hour for a Thanksgiving weekend kayak trip on the west coast of Vancouver Island (The Broken Group in Pacific Rim National Park); not camping this time but staying in a lodge where, after a day paddle looking at sea lions, we'll be fed our turkey dinner. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone!

Janie is gagging at my title. Says it sounds like something you'd read in a menu at a hoity toity restaurant.

Thanks Leslie - to be a pest, when are we going to see some of your lovely images? You must have a zillion from your summer travels.
Cheers.
