David G, it was great to see your posting--and your King of the Beasts shot. I am quite envious of your trip to Africa; I was there in the early 70s, and would love to go back. Would be nice to see some more of your images here, and so to visit vicariously. A dream trip would be to combine a trip to East Africa with one of Freeman's workshops in South Africa.
David H, I suppose you have made your move to Toronto and would certainly like to see some more of your work. Say "Hi" to Jane as well--is she teaching in Toronto?
Mark, some more images from your last workshop would be wonderful.
Shaun, if you are still looking, I visit your other blog from time to time and have been impressed with what you have posted there.
My goal for this year is to post something each month; I almost didn't make it this month but I'm posting a "dreamscape" from the fall, taken a few minutes from our house and two (un)seasonable images from the west coast winter.
Cheers
Lesley

Leslie, these are quite lovely - I particularly like the snowscape with sky - something East Anglian, sort of Turneresque about it - perhaps the unexpectedness of that amount of snow to a Lotus Lander?
Our move to Toronto goes in stages - I'm installed in my firm's office there, but living in temporary quarters while Janie works endlessly on getting the London house sold - a bit discouraging. But our new place in Toronto is almost finished, so all will be well.
Cheers.
PS - I don't mean Turner, of course, I mean Constable.
Thanks, David--I think the same one is my favorite as well. I was trying for triangles in the composition of the image with the mountain and cabin; it's OK, but not a winner.
Hope the house sells soon; it must be difficult with Jane in London and you in Toronto. Best wishes for a smooth move.
Cheers.
