Hope all is well with you. As you can see I'm traveling a bit. My bosses happen to live in St. Croix, a US Virgin Island, and are allowing us to house sit during their absence. So I'm actually missing quite a bit of the cold this year.
Here is a hand held shot of the local neighborhood. If anyone is looking for an awesome travel lens for hand held shooting on a Nikon, try the AF-S DX VR Zoom-NIKKOR 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED. Unfortunately it's pricey but fun to use.

I have the same lens (my brother found it for me, second hand and my husband bought it as an anniversary present--lucky me!)and I just used it as my only lens on a 6 week trip to Bhutan and India.Way too many pictures, so now I have to sort them. I followed the links to your blog, and enjoyed it.
I'll post something before too long, it's nice to stay in touch.
